At Copper Bling, each product is handcrafted with precision and intention. Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we offer a limited 24-hour window for cancellations or changes. Please read the guidelines below.
1. 24-Hour Request Window
You may request a cancellation or order change within 24 hours after receiving your Order Processing email.
After 24 hours:
- Orders cannot be cancelled
- Orders cannot be changed
- Production may have started or finished
- Exceptions may be granted case-by-case, but are not guaranteed
2. Allowed Order Changes (Within 24 Hours)
Changes that are allowed only within the 24-hour window:
- Quantity
- Shipping address
- Engraving text
- Cord style or cord length
- Bracelet Size
After 24 hours, these changes can no longer be applied.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, use this form:

4. How to Request an Order Change
If you wish to change your order, use this form:

5. Response Time
We typically respond within 12 hours.
Response time does not extend the 24-hour request window.
6. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation is approved within the allowed window:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- No cancellation fees are applied
- Your bank/card issuer may take time to process the refund
7. Address Corrections
Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct address at checkout.
We can correct an address only if the order has not shipped yet.
If the order has already shipped:
- The address cannot be changed
- Copper Bling is not responsible for lost/undeliverable items
- Reshipment fees may apply
Address mistakes do not qualify for cancellation after the 24-hour window.
8. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped:
- It cannot be cancelled
- It cannot be modified

9. Made-to-Order Items
Some items (such as Starship Coils) are made to order.
For these items:
- Production may start shortly after purchase
- Cancellations or changes may not be possible once materials are prepared
- Exceptions are case-by-case
