1. Return & Exchange Window
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are preferred. Refunds are only issued if your item arrives defective or damaged (see Section 5).
2. Condition of Items
- Items may be returned even if tried on or gently worn, as long as they are not damaged through use.
- Photo evidence is required before we approve any return or exchange.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For change of mind or preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, Copper Bling covers return shipping.
- We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) or collect-on-delivery returns.
4. Exchanges & Refunds
- Exchanges: Offered for all eligible items within 7 days.
- Refunds: Only provided for defective or damaged items (see Section 5).
- No restocking fees apply.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
5. Defects Covered
We define a defect as:
- Cracked or broken resin
- Severed or cut cord
- Broken chain or ripped clasp
- Severely bent triskelion (beyond normal gentle re-shaping)
- Starship pendant arriving bent (indicates structural failure)
If a product shows these issues within 30 days of delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you.
6. Handmade Character
Please note that the following are not defects, but natural results of handmade craftsmanship:
- Small resin bubbles or micro-swirls
- Resin lines or tiny surface scratches
- Slight color or shade variations
- Minor differences in texture or finish
- Copper patina or surface changes that develop over time with skin contact, sweat, or environmental exposure
7. Size & Cord Customization

We provide accurate size charts to help you choose the correct fit.
Because each bracelet is handmade to order, we cannot offer free size exchanges for incorrect size selection.
If you believe you chose the wrong size, please email us at support@copperbling.com and we will offer you a discount on a new replacement bracelet.
This ensures fairness while keeping production costs manageable.
Starship & Triskelion Necklaces
Cords are carefully constructed for long-lasting strength. Breakage from normal wear is extremely rare.
Replacements are only provided if the item arrives defective upon delivery.
Exceptions may be made on a goodwill basis with photo evidence.
8. Care & Misuse
Returns and warranty claims do not apply if damage is caused by:
- Water, sweat, or chemical exposure
- Extreme high heat
- Wearing jewelry during sports or heavy activity
- Improper cleaning or handling
Care instructions are included with each item to help prolong its life.
9. Customized & Personalized Items
- Starship pendants customized with words, engravings, or special requests are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective upon arrival.
10. International & U.S. Returns
- U.S. and international customers must clearly mark packages as “Return of Goods”.
- Customers are responsible for return postage and duties unless the item is defective.
- We cannot accept COD or duty-collect shipments.
11. Lost or Damaged in Transit
- If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us with photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours.
- If a shipment is lost or marked “delivered” but cannot be found, we will review on a case-by-case basis.
12. Gifts & Sale Items
- Gifts: If you received a Copper Bling item as a gift and it does not fit or has a wrong size, we can offer a special coupon code no exchanges or refunds.
- Sale or clearance items: Final sale, non-returnable except for defects and within 7 days upon delivery.
13. Allergies & Skin Reactions
Copper naturally patinas and may leave a green tint on some skin types. This is not a defect.
We do not accept returns for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Customers are responsible for knowing their personal skin reactions to metals.
